Supratherm 20kW

Using the Supratherm technology, the new supratherm heater 20kW offers a so far unequalled power. A 550 mm resistance and a thermocouple are inserted into a 28mm diameter sheath. This heating method can be delivered with a control board, which enables a power regulation of several heaters, as well as an additional thermocouple directly immersed in the aluminium bath.

Long sheath heaters

These heaters are equipped with a refractory stainless steel extension. With a 28 mm diameter, a 550 mm heating length, a 15 kW power and a 1500 mm sheath length, this heater can easily adapt to large furnaces and transport ladles.

HEATPACK

The new solution designed by Atherm to heat up your ladle quickly thanks to this clever system including an immersion heater (up to 15 kW to date), a control board and a mobile trolley. You can thus bring your Heatpack wherever you need it in a flash.
