History
1988: ATHERM company was established by André Teytu, researcher at the CEA GRENOBLE.
2004: Takeover of a company of mechanics close to ATHERM, CHARBOGNE who supplies among others some of our mechanical parts and conbributes to secure our mechanical
supplies.
2006: Qingdao who maintains our presence with our historic customers who choose to produce in China.
2006: Takeover of a company specialized in the automatism and the piloting boards; close to ATHERM, ATHERM' elec brings us her expertise in piloting boards of our heating elements.
2009: Creation of our Indian subsidiary ATHERM THERMAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in Bangalore to meet the needs of our local customers.
2011: Takeover and merger of the mechanics entity of GVC with CHARBOGNE who becomes MECA + SERVICES allowing thus a larger offer in mechanics.
